With extensive global experience and a deep understanding of regional complexities, we are equipped to manage distressed cargo incidents of any scale. Our team has a proven track record handling cases arising from fire, grounding, collision, severe weather, mishandling and reefer malfunction.

We have represented P&I insurers, Owners, Charterers, and Lines, ensuring a streamlined and compliant process from start to finish. This includes close coordination with local authorities and cargo representatives, securing suitable discharge locations, arranging surveys, salvaging recoverable cargo, cross-stuffing sound cargo for onward shipment, and disposing of damaged goods in accordance with local regulations. Upon completion of the physical operation, we provide either detailed individual reports and/or a comprehensive database to support the claims process.

We can also deliver a similar service remotely, without attending the casualty site. In these cases, we liaise with all relevant stakeholders to collect documentation, coordinate the workflow, and guide the appointed local representative. All activities are recorded in our established database, which is handed over to the client at the conclusion of our engagement to support future claims handling.
